This has been in response to many directors and managers of their respective business' wanting to make sure that their staff are prepared and fully briefed on the continual changes the industry face and have little resource or time to fulfil this important stage in the evolvement of their business.

The 1 day course is aimed at front line travel consultants and those who have a responsibility for selling to the corporate market place. The day will cover the changes in respect of transaction and fee base management and how to sell effectively the changes to your clients, but more importantly what will be expected from your staff in the new age of travel management and the difference they will make to your success.

The day courses are running throughout 2005/6. Cost for the day, which includes lunch and course materials on CD is £395.00 +VAT.
